CAN YOU REPLACE TIRES AND/OR BRAKES ONSITE?

Yes! Regular vehicle maintenance such as tire replacement and brake service can be scheduled at a time and location that fits your schedule. No more spending hours in a waiting room or coordinating drop-offs and pick-ups. Eventually, every vehicle will need these services and we can make the process more convenient.

WHAT IS FLEET MANAGEMENT EXACTLY?

Taylored Fleet Services specializes in helping businesses keep track of their vehiclesʼ needs so that they can focus on what they do best. Weʼll help you prioritize repairs and maintenance, keeping eyes on potential issues so that you can forecast costs and minimize vehicle breakdowns that hurt productivity. Whether itʼs required DOT inspections, tires, and brakes, vehicle upfitting, or anything else that may be required, we aim to keep your fleet up and running like a well-oiled machine so that you can make the best return possible out of your vehicle and equipment investments.

What size of fleets do you service?

We are equipped to handle fleets of all sizes.

Do you service personal vehicles?

Yes! We’re happy to service both commercial AND individual customers.

Do you cover all types of vehicles? Foreign and domestic?

Yes.

Do you service specialty equipment?

Yes! We can service equipment trailers, industrial machines, and various other specialty equipment. If you’re wondering how we can help with your equipment, give us a call!

Where can you work on my vehicle?

We’re able to work on vehicles at your home, place of business, or at a breakdown site as long as it’s safe to do so.

How quickly can you get to a vehicle that is broken down?

We prioritize breakdowns so that you don’t have to be without your vehicle for any longer than absolutely necessary. While there is no way to accurately diagnose a vehicle until we see it, what we CAN say is that onsite service gives you the confidence of knowing that when we’re with your vehicle, we’re actively working on it.

Do you offer towing services?

Yes. We can tow your vehicle if necessary.

Do you work on Sprinters?

Absolutely. We had the opportunity to become familiar with Sprinter vans prior to U.S. production. Many of our customers use Sprinters in their fleet and we’ve serviced them for many years.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from 9am-5pm. However, we do offer before and after-hours service to fit your needs. If you need to reach us outside of normal business hours, leave us a message and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.

Will we be locked into a service contract?

No, we don’t have service contracts. We hope that our service speaks for itself.
